Job Description – Accountant (Part-Time / Full-Time)

I Design My Life (IDML), led by Sumit Agarwal, is a leading business coaching and consulting organization dedicated to helping MSME business owners scale their businesses, improve profitability, build systems, and achieve sustainable growth. We work closely with entrepreneurs across various industries, providing strategic guidance, business transformation solutions, and growth frameworks.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant who can efficiently manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable.

· Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking.

· Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.

· Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

· Process payroll and employee reimbursements.

· Coordinate with CA for audits, taxation, and financial statements.

· Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

· Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

· Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar software.

· Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in service-based, coaching, or consulting businesses.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and organizational skills.
