DYNAMICS PLATFORM OWNER – COMPLEMENTARY LANDSCAPE

The Role:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Platform Owner, you will help support and stabilize the Dynamics 365 CE & F&O landscape across multiple markets. You will work across technical configurations, integrations, troubleshooting, and localization needs to help ensure reliable and compliant operations.
You will serve as a key Dynamics contact for multiple markets—supporting incident management, coordinating changes, validating vendor deliverables, and aligning capabilities across regions. In addition, you will contribute to defining the platform roadmap, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting the harmonization of technical and functional processes across markets.
Working closely with the Platform Lead, Complementary landscape Lead, Architecture, and Digital Transformation teams, you will help strengthen governance, improve vendor accountability, and prepare markets for convergence into Nespresso’s future global Dynamics template.
In This Role, You Will:

Implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE and F&O components, including extensions, batch jobs, data entities, forms, and tables.
- Act as a Dynamics 365 subject matter resource, supporting day-to-day operations across incidents, enhancements, compliance updates, capability rollouts, and market alignment.
- Contribute to the technical and functional governance of the Dynamics 365 platform across multiple markets by coordinating change management, validating vendor deliverables, and supporting alignment with the future Global IT Template.
- Collaborate with global teams (Architecture, DT, Market IT, Business Stakeholders) to help drive harmonization, streamline processes, and support preparation for future migration into Nespresso’s global landscape.
- Work across both technical and functional domains, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshooting end-to-end issues, supporting integration scenarios (e-commerce, logistics, finance), and helping ensure system configurations meet market-specific needs.
- Apply technical localization updates to support regional requirements (e.g., language, fiscal document formats, country-specific business logic).
- Validate technical configurations and deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT environments and support regression testing to help enable stable releases.
- Review and document existing customizations, identifying non-standard code patterns or hard-coded logic that may affect long-term maintainability or future migration.
- Help ensure technical consistency in data mapping across interconnected systems and participate in resolving integration-related incidents.
- Support the Platform Lead with technical insights on areas such as environment readiness, solution alignment, and stabilization of legacy vendor-supported implementations.
What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O (technical and functional).
- Experience working across both technical and functional domains, including translating business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshooting end-to-end issues, supporting integration scenarios (e-commerce, logistics, finance), and helping ensure configurations meet market-specific needs.
- Understanding of multi-market and localization requirements (tax, compliance, language).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
- Experience supporting the stabilization or harmonization of Dynamics implementations is a plus.
