Full job description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the HVAC industry to handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material planning. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing HVAC-related materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure HVAC equipment, accessories, spare parts, and project-related materials as per requirements.
Source and develop reliable vendors for HVAC products and services.
Obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely order placement.
Coordinate with project, sales, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and material receipts.
Maintain vendor records, purchase data, and procurement documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning to avoid shortages.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a similar purchase role.
Good knowledge of HVAC products such as VRF systems, ducting, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, copper piping, insulation materials, and related accessories.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Good communication and coordination abilities
