About Position:
We are seeking experienced Azure and .NET Full-Stack Engineers with a strong AI-led engineering mindset to support a pilot initiative focused on modernizing a legacy application. The role involves leveraging AI-driven development practices to accelerate migration to a modern cloud-native technology stack on Microsoft Azure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions in a transformation-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and contribute to the migration of a legacy application to a modern, cloud-native architecture on Microsoft Azure
- Design, build, and enhance full-stack solutions using modern .NET technologies and Azure services
- Apply AI-assisted development techniques (e.g., code generation, refactoring, test automation, and optimization)
- Modernize application layers including UI, APIs, business logic, and data access
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) where appropriate to complement custom .NET components with low-code/no-code capabilities
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and cloud teams to define migration strategy and technical roadmap
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and performant
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in:
- .NET / C#
- Front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar)
- RESTful APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (MSPA) ? Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse integration with Azure/.NET solutions
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted or AI-driven development tools and practices
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
- Experience with cloud-native and container-based architectures
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD concepts
- Exposure to AI services, copilots, or developer productivity tools
- Prior experience in modernization or transformation initiatives
