About Position:
The role focuses on designing, developing, and leading Salesforce-based solutions with strong emphasis on Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform best practices. The position involves end-to-end ownership of modules, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performance implementations aligned with business and technical requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Develop using Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations
- Define API strategy and perform performance optimization
- Work on REST/SOQL/SOSL development
- Use CI/CD tools such as Copado and Jenkins
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practices and governor limits
- Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
- Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
- Configure and develop applications and reports as per plan
- Contribute to key deployment documentation
- Work in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Develop use cases and unit test plans
- Ensure compliance with quality control processes and measures
- Develop reports, dashboards, and list views
- Handle user administration, workflow rules, approval processes
- Configure lead & case routing rules and email templates
- Prepare test data and perform unit/module testing
- Support quality assurance testing and defect resolution
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate with cross-functional teams
- Understand and develop custom fields, custom objects, analytic snapshots, record types
- Work on visual flows, process builders, and AppExchange packages
- Decide on Apex/Visualforce usage (where code must be written)
- Understand data flow and integration mechanics (including GUI-based integrations)
- Own module delivery including estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release planning
- Monitor module tasks and guide subordinates
- Create data migration workbooks
- Provide guidance on platform technology decisions
- Administer development environments
- Perform entity and data mapping for integration process flows
- Be available on-call for support when required
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, and integrations
- Experience with REST APIs, SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Copado and Jenkins
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
- Expertise in reports, dashboards, list views, and administration capabilities
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Ability to handle end-to-end module ownership including estimation and release planning
- Strong knowledge of data modeling including custom fields, objects, and record types
- Experience with workflows, approval processes, routing rules, and automation tools
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and data mapping
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor team members and guide development efforts
