What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and microservices using

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to backend solution design
- Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments across SIT, UAT, and Production environments
- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and performance optimization
- Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and maintainability
- Ensure adequate technical documentation and inline code documentation for future maintainability
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Analyze, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems
- Complete unit testing and support integration testing activities
- Continuously improve self and team capabilities in line with evolving backend technologies and engineering practices
