Full Stack Web Developer (Shopify & WordPress)

About Us

Polo Tribe is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand focused on delivering premium apparel to customers across India. As we continue to scale our online and offline presence, we are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer who can take ownership of our digital infrastructure and help build seamless e-commerce experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Shopify and WordPress. The ideal candidate should be able to build websites from scratch, manage ongoing website operations, implement new features, optimize performance, and support the growth of our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites.
Build complete websites from scratch based on business requirements.
Develop and customize Shopify themes and WordPress themes.
Create custom landing pages, product pages, and marketing pages.
Manage website performance, speed optimization, and security.
Integrate payment gateways, shipping solutions, CRM tools, and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website uptime.
Implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and launches.
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements for conversion optimization.

Technical Requirements

Must Have:

2+ years of experience in web development.
Strong expertise in Shopify development.
Strong expertise in WordPress development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
Experience with Liquid (Shopify's templating language).
Experience with PHP and WordPress customization.
Knowledge of website speed optimization and SEO fundamentals.
Experience integrating third-party apps and APIs.

Preferred Skills:

React.js or Next.js
Node.js
MySQL
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Experience working with D2C or fashion brands
