Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper development of leads.

Assist the Project Manager in the review of RFQ and contract documentation.
Assist in Liaise with internal teams and ensure quality work consistency.
Deal with Marketing Software to manage client’s appointments, their database, status etc…
Assist Project department in documentations of project execution.
Support in Project planning.
Co-ordination with Site team as per requirement.
Participate in project and marketing department.

Diploma/B.Tech/B.Tech+MBA

2-3 Years in same field
