Full job description

Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth buying and after-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
Maintain customer records in the CRM or showroom software.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely order fulfillment.
Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Schedule installation and after-sales service visits when required.
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Prepare daily reports on customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, billing systems).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered by some employers).
0–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or furniture sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a furniture showroom, home décor, retail, or interior design industry.
Familiarity with billing, order processing, and customer relationship management.

Pay: From ₹9,669.58 per month
