Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation and customer engagement for our Fire Safety Manufacturing and Solar EPC businesses. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide basic product information, and schedule appointments for the technical and sales teams.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead Generation & Customer Outreach

Contact prospective customers through outbound calls using company-provided data.
Follow up with existing inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Introduce the company's fire safety products and solar energy solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Customer Qualification

Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Collect basic information related to customer needs, project requirements, and service interests.
Determine whether the inquiry is suitable for further discussion with the technical or sales team.

Appointment Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, or virtual consultations for the field sales and engineering teams.
Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive the necessary information before the meeting.

CRM & Data Management

Record customer interactions, follow-up activities, and appointment details in the company's CRM system.
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status regularly.

Customer Follow-up

Conduct timely follow-up calls to maintain engagement with prospective customers.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, or WhatsApp (as per company guidelines).

Performance & Collaboration

Achieve agreed-upon activity and appointment goals.
Work closely with the sales, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the reporting manager.

Required QualificationsExperience

1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in Solar, Electrical, Manufacturing, Fire Safety, Construction, Real Estate, or other B2B industries will be an advantage.

Education

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and customer handling abilities.
Basic negotiation and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Language Requirements

Good communication skills in English and the regional/local language.

Preferred Candidates

Experience in appointment scheduling or lead generation.
Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with new customers.
Interest in renewable energy, electrical solutions, or fire safety products.
