Full job description

Location: Virtual / Remote

Schedule: 6 days per week, Sunday off

Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Compensation: Based on writing quality, platform track record, content judgement, speed, and AI capability

Minimum experience: 2 to 5+ years of founder-led content, social writing, copywriting, thought leadership,brand content, or related work

Reporting line: Reports to the Channel Manager / Content Head

What You'll Do

 Write platform-native X posts, threads, replies, quote posts, launch posts, and recurring content formats.

 Turn Founder's ideas, voice notes, transcripts, videos, research, and company context into concise, originalwriting.

 Use AI for research, source discovery, transcript mining, idea expansion, hook testing, editing,repurposing, and variant creation.

 Study Company's voice, beliefs, stories, frameworks, and audience so the writing sounds like him rather thana generic business account.

 Identify timely AI, business, media, and entrepreneurship conversations where the company has a credible pointof view.

 Review X analytics to improve hooks, topics, post length, formats, timing, engagement, and followerconversion.

 Maintain idea banks, voice references, post libraries, source notes, and repeatable AI-assisted writingworkflows.

 Collaborate with designers and the content team on supporting visuals and distribution.

What We're Looking For

 2 to 5+ years of relevant content writing, social writing, copywriting, founder-brand, or thought-leadershipexperience.

 A proven record of writing X posts, threads, replies, quote posts, launch posts, and recurring formats forfounders, creators, executives, brands, or media companies.

 Strong English writing, editing, research, hook development, and voice-adaptation ability.  Ability to turn specific founder experience into original content rather than generic commentary.

 Strong understanding of platform-native writing and audience behaviour.

 Demonstrated AI-assisted writing workflow that improves research or execution without producing generic writing.

 Ability to interpret analytics and connect writing choices to measurable outcomes.

 Reliable communication, ownership, attention to detail, and fast revision.
