About Medi Health India

Medi Health India is an international medical tourism and healthcare facilitation company helping patients from around the world access quality medical treatment in India. We connect international patients with leading hospitals and experienced medical specialists across specialties including Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Organ Transplant, IVF, and Cosmetic Surgery.

We provide end-to-end assistance covering doctor consultations, treatment planning, hospital coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation, medical visa assistance, airport transfers, and post-treatment follow-up.

As we expand our international presence across Fiji, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Vanuatu, and selected African markets, we are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

The Admin Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of Medi Health India.

The role involves maintaining records, coordinating appointments, preparing documents, communicating with hospitals and patients, updating spreadsheets, and assisting the team with patient-related coordination and travel documentation.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and has good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical activities.
Maintain patient records, documents, files, and databases accurately.
Schedule doctor consultations and patient appointments.
Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, patients, and referral partners.
Prepare quotations, treatment-related documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp / Viber communication, emails, and basic correspondence.
Assist with medical visa and travel-related documentation.
Coordinate airport pickup, hotel arrangements, hospital visits, and other patient requirements.
Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely communication with patients.
Support senior management with administrative and executive tasks.
Organize meetings, appointments, and internal schedules.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Assist with other operational activities as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and confidence in speaking with patients and business partners.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, Viber, Email and Phone.
Professional, polite, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, travel, customer service, or administration will be an advantage.
Minimum 12th pass; diploma or degree in administration, business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Gurugram.
