Position Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Industrial Job Work Sales & Digital Lead Generation

Department: Sales, Marketing & Business Development

Location: Jalandhar Plant, Punjab (On-site with local market movement)

About Speedways Electric

Speedways Electric is a pioneer in in-campus electric mobility and custom EV manufacturing. Our modern manufacturing plant in Jalandhar houses high-capacity industrial infrastructure—including CNC Machining centers, automated CNC Decorative/Artwork cutters, specialized Door & Sheet Metal fabrication units, heavy-duty Thermoforming machinery, and a full-scale Industrial Paint Shop. We are opening up our spare manufacturing capacity to deliver high-quality contract manufacturing and job work to regional industries, architects, OEMs, and fabricators.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, digitally-savvy Business Development Manager to market our plant infrastructure and bring in high-volume job work orders.

In this dual-impact role, you will lead both digital sales generation (leveraging Instagram, Reels, YouTube shorts, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp marketing to showcase our live machine capabilities) and active field outreach across Jalandhar and neighboring industrial hubs (Ludhiana, Kapurthala, Phagwara, Amritsar). Your primary goal is to monetize machine uptime across CNC, artwork, door manufacturing, thermoforming, and paint shop units.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Lead Generation & Visual Sales (Instagram/Social Media):
Concept, film, and post engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, visual showcases) displaying live CNC operations, intricate CNC decorative artwork, plastic thermoforming runs, custom door manufacturing, and high-gloss paint finishes.
Turn direct messages (DMs), comments, and inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn into paying job work orders.
Run targeted geo-fenced social media ad campaigns directed at architects, interior designers, signages/display vendors, local furniture manufacturers, auto body fabricators, and regional industrial workshops.
Section-wise Job Work Sales:
CNC Machines: Pitch precision metal/wood cutting, turning, and component manufacturing to machine builders and regional workshops.
CNC Artwork & Decorative Cutting: Sell custom-carved decorative panels, jali designs, architectural elements, and metal/wooden signage to architects, interior decorators, and builders.
Custom Doors: Onboard orders for specialized vehicle, cabinet, institutional, and industrial doors.
Thermoforming Machines: Target clients needing custom plastic trays, automotive outer shells, enclosures, trims, and molded components.
Paint Shop: Secure volume orders for liquid spray painting, powder coating, surface treatments, and automotive-grade visual finishes.
Field Outreach & Account Management:
Visit local industrial estates (Focal Point, Leather Complex, Industrial Area Jalandhar, Ludhiana Auto Clusters) to establish long-term B2B job work contracts.
Work with internal engineering teams to calculate machine setup times, material costs, and issue accurate client quotes.
Track lead conversion rates, manage job timelines, collect client payments, and ensure repeat order flows.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of experience combining B2B field sales, industrial lead generation, or job work sales with hands-on social media/digital marketing experience.
Digital Savviness: Strong ability to shoot, edit, and publish engaging content on Instagram, TikTok/Reels style platforms, and Meta Ads Manager.
Industrial Acumen: Familiarity with CNC machinery, sheet metal/doors, thermoformed plastics, and industrial painting finishes.
Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Doaba/Malwa industrial ecosystem in Punjab.
Languages: Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic business English.
Mobility: Must possess personal transport for local client visits across Jalandhar and nearby industrial belts.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration (BBA/MBA)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
