We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can drive business growth through strategic sales, partnerships, customer onboarding, and long-term relationship management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building business opportunities from scratch, understands SaaS products, and can manage the complete customer journey—from prospecting to activation.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

Identify, qualify, and engage B2B prospects through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate VcareAll's SaaS products and digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions using a consultative sales approach.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving outreach and revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Growth Partnerships

Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, resellers, affiliates, channel partners, and business networks.
Build long-term relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
Explore partnership opportunities that increase product adoption and market reach.

Customer Onboarding & Success

Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers after closure.
Coordinate with internal product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation.
Support customer activation and adoption while maintaining strong post-sales relationships.
Identify opportunities for account growth, referrals, and repeat business.

Lead & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Track leads through every stage of the sales funnel.
Prepare weekly pipeline reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Follow disciplined follow-up processes to improve conversion rates.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Share customer feedback to improve products and campaigns.
Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches.

Influencer & Brand Partnerships (Secondary Responsibility)

Identify relevant creators, influencers, and industry experts for promotional collaborations.
Coordinate outreach and maintain relationships with influencers.
Assist in executing partnership campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a mix of:

SaaS or digital product sales experience.
Business development and partnership-building expertise.
Customer onboarding or customer success exposure.
Strong outbound lead generation and pipeline management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations.
A growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive long-term customer success.

Rather than a traditional salesperson, we are looking for a hybrid growth professional who can identify prospects, communicate product value, convert opportunities, and ensure successful customer activation.

Strong business communication and proposal writing skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
