About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team and drive the development of intelligent automation platforms, internal engineering tools, and AI-powered productivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, workflow automation, AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable automation solutions, agentic AI applications, developer productivity tools, and intelligent assistants that improve operational efficiency across engineering and business functions. You will partner with engineering, platform, DevOps, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and business outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

8-12 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or platform engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python development and scripting.

Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.

Hands-on experience building internal tools, engineering productivity platforms, and workflow automation systems.
