Job Summary
ICA Edu Skills is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage university coordination, client communication, lead generation, and business development activities.
The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities, educational institutions, and clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall sales and partnership process.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Coordinate with universities, educational institutions, and clients for business requirements and ongoing activities.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with university representatives and clients.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
* Coordinate with university teams regarding courses, programs, documentation, admissions, partnerships, and other requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients, university representatives, and internal stakeholders.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and university partners.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents when required.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM/trackers.
* Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.
* Resolve client queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
* Prepare regular MIS reports related to leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.

*Qualification*
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, University Coordination, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
