Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Janakpuri East, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Experience: 3+ Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, handle clients, and take ownership of marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Develop and implement On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and improve organic search visibility.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and SEO performance.
Identify SEO issues and coordinate with content and development teams.
Communicate directly with clients and understand their marketing requirements.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with clients.
Develop digital marketing strategies according to business and client objectives.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, developers, and other team members.
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest strategies for business growth.
Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
Guide and coordinate with junior marketing team members when required.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in a Senior Executive or Managerial position.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Good knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting.
Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently manage campaigns and projects.
Good understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.

Good to Have

Working knowledge of WordPress.
Working knowledge of Shopify.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
Experience with Looker Studio.
Basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.

Candidate Profile

Should be results-oriented and data-driven.
Should have a practical, hands-on approach to digital marketing.
Should be comfortable communicating directly with clients.
Should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Should be proactive in identifying problems and opportunities.
Should be willing to learn and stay updated with the latest digital marketing practices.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Practical experience and proven campaign results will be given importance.
