Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Customer Support & SalesJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable solutions, following up with leads, and converting potential customers into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and online channels.
Convert leads into customers by explaining products/services and addressing customer concerns.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve basic customer issues and coordinate with the relevant internal teams when required.
Maintain customer details, follow-up status, and sales information in CRM/Excel.
Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the management/team.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Any Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification.
Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of calls/customer interactions.
Lead generation and follow-up.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Sales/revenue achieved.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Timely follow-up and CRM/data accuracy.
