Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and well-communicating Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day coordination with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and wants to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, client management, and the Founder’s Office.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Founder with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
Coordinate and manage schedules with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
Schedule, arrange, and follow up on meetings, calls, and appointments.
Manage professional email communication and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Track important discussions, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Help ensure that meetings and commitments are properly scheduled and managed.
Support the Founder in managing priorities and time effectively.
Coordinate between different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with other business and operational activities as required.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant work experience in coordination, operations, executive assistance, client servicing, business administration, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and multiple stakeholders.
Good understanding of professional email communication and business etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Good understanding of the industry and business environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong availability and flexibility to coordinate with clients and stakeholders when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
