Job Description:

Purpose of the job:
The primary responsibility of the position is to handle the operations, maintain the performance and
daily attendance MIS of the team. Also, responsible to generate weekly reports and metrics, handle the
queries and problems of the team members and feedback and training to enhance team’s performance.
Wherever applicable, the Team Coach needs to explore various opportunities to identify areas of
improvement in the process.

Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with the management and Onshore

team

Self-Motivated and a quick learner with leadership quality

Pro-active approach to identify potential problems and opportunities
Help the new hires to come up the learning curve faster
The ability to assess operational issues and to develop recommendations with stakeholders

workload and dealing with unforeseen fluctuations in customer demands due to internal /
external influences outside your control

Understands and responds to the real underlying customer requirements. Rapidly identifies

solutions by applying relevant knowledge. Adds value by exceeding customer expectations

Self-login processing minimum number of cases on a weekly basis
Share best practices with the team members
Provide on-floor support to the agents whenever required
Mentoring and guiding the team
Regular audits
Participate in team sessions, share inputs on error trends, process updates & technical issues
Working in close tandem with the Quality and Operations Managers and SMEs of the process for

an excellent team and process performance

Report quality trends and variance to management center and handling performance and

statistics through daily and weekly reports

Ensure all data and trends are available as a repository for future TNI’s
Effective Feedback mechanism to be tracked & followed across processes
Calibration with Onshore teams whenever applicable as a part of the process requirement and

as per the agreed frequency
Others:

Communicate company vision, mission, and goals. Ensure complete alignment for the

functional/ service line teams to overall company objectives

Responsible for complying with all the QMS, company policies and procedures
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and protection of company’s intellectual property
Create a work environment that nurtures and supports diversity and has an inclusive work
