Full job description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting sales growth, handling day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and channel partners across multiple business verticals. The role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, operational support, and delivering a seamless customer experience while following company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and convert prospects across different business verticals.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, cold calling, walk-ins, and channel partners.
Promote relevant products/services and upsell suitable offerings to customers.
Support renewals, repeat business, and cross-selling opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Clearly explain features, benefits, pricing, and processes to customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively to support closures.

Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, processing, and service delivery.
Ensure accurate data entry, document collection, and timely submissions.
Track orders, service requests, renewals, and follow-ups.
Provide basic post-sales support and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.

Marketing & Channel Support

Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Coordinate with dealers, agents, vendors, and channel partners.
Participate in field activities, promotional events, and outreach programs.

Compliance & Reporting

Follow company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to the business.
Maintain proper records of sales, operations, leads, and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Market Feedback & Insights

Stay updated on products, services, pricing, and competitor activities.
Share customer feedback, market trends, and improvement suggestions with management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Admin, sales, operations, or customer support roles.
Freshers with strong interest in sales and operations can also apply.
