About Client:

A leading Education Institution.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Head (Facebook & Google Ads).

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our paid marketing strategy across Facebook and Google, managing an annual ad spend of 10 15 Crores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and scaling digital campaigns for maximum impact and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads to drive leads, sales, and ROI.

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta platforms (FB/Instagram).

Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize 1015 Cr in annual ad spend with accountability for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance team of digital marketers, analysts, and creative strategists.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversion.

Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards to generate actionable insights and performance reports.

Funnel Optimization: Work closely with sales and product teams to improve conversion rates across the entire funnel from click to customer.

A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing high-budget digital campaigns (10 Cr+ annually).

Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).

Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.

Strong analytical skills with command over tools like GTM, GA4, and Excel.

Experience in edtech, e-commerce, or B2C subscription-based models is a strong plus.

Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.

Experience with CRM integrations, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools.
