Alongside our advisory practice, we publish IPO World India’s dedicated IPO magazine (ipoworld.org) delivering expert IPO analysis, upcoming IPO forecasts, and capital market research to a growing subscriber base of investors and professionals.

What You’ll Build

You’ll work at the heart of our product team, building and maintaining the platforms that our clients and investors rely on daily:

IPO Readiness Platform a tool that helps SMEs assess, prepare, and track their IPO journey from pre-IPO planning to listing
Investor-Facing Dashboards real-time data dashboards tracking IPO calendars, GMP trends, sector-wise IPO performance, and market updates
IPO World Magazine Portal the digital arm of India’s dedicated IPO publication (ipoworld.org), serving subscribers with research and insights
Internal Advisory & Compliance Tools supporting our consultants in managing documentation, client pipelines, and SEBI compliance workflows

Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our growing technology team. You will work across the full product stack from pixelperfect React frontends to robust Node.js APIs collaborating closely with product managers and domain experts in the IPO and fintech space.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js with Express.js on the backend
Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Design and manage MongoDB schemas; perform CRUD operations using Mongoose
Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms including JWT
Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code with appropriate documentation
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across frontend and backend layers
Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and contribute to raising team standards
Assist with application deployment and basic cloud/server setup as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) including async/await, closures, and modern patterns
Hands-on experience with React.js forms, hooks, API integration, and state management (Redux or Context API)
Experience building backend APIs with Node.js and Express.js
Working knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose for schema design and queries
Solid understanding of authentication, authorisation, and password security best practices
Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development

Eligibility

B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E / BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer in a production environment
Good to Have-
Experience deploying on cloud/hosting platforms such as AWS, VPS, Render, Vercel, or Netlify
Exposure to React Native or mobile application development
Familiarity with performance optimisation techniques and frontend security best practices
Prior experience in a fintech, startup, or fast-paced product environment
Basic understanding of financial markets or IPO/capital markets terminology (a bonus, not a requirement)
