Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 12th pass; Hospitality Management (HM)/ Barista certificate students preferred.
· Work experience: 0–2 years in café/F&B preferred.
· Interest in coffee brewing and guest service.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced café environment.
· Flexible for rotational shift timings.

KRAs:
· Prepare coffee and beverages as per café standards. Ensure consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation. Follow standard recipes and portion control.
· Maintain cleanliness of brewing machines, grinders, and workstations. Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. Conduct daily cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
· Track coffee beans, milk, and brewing supplies. Reduce wastage of raw materials. Report low stock levels proactively to supervisor
· Greet customers politely while serving beverages. Support senior baristas in handling rush hours. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour.
