Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- SAP Basis/ Solman/ Security The Product senior Analyst provides functional and technical expertise on the SAP MDG SAP ECC SAP S4 Hana SAP Fiori SAP BTP SAP GRC 10 SAP Solman 7.2 as in charge of design development deployment further evolution and support of Global Applications products to business users including ITIL Service Delivery process Deliver Continuous Improvement Deployment project roles and Service Introduction project roles.This position will always search for better and quicker delivery value back to our customers based on Agile and Dev Ops ways of working and mindsets.This role will be part of the Global Applications Service Delivery team based in various hub sites. Responsibilities: - Manage the demand with the business (CI Ps projects major incidents special requests) including address Escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business - Involvement on transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise collaborating with since the design until go live of products including Service Introduction role when needed - Service management with 3 rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SL As. - Availability performance etc) - Development management with 3 Rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence with overall accountability on metrics for development - Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers - Manage and execute technical design development and configuration activities for products and services on SAP MDG SAP ECC SAP S4 Hana SAP Fiori SAP BTP SAP GRC 10 SAP Solman 7.2. - Identify and develop automation opportunities across the business processes and internal processes - Identify propose and develop improvements for products and services as part of Problem Management process - Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place to assure global supportability - Participate and collaborate on a Community of Practices related to his functional and technical areas - Assist with change management activities including releases and production slots. - Hands on and can do attitude - Work as part of a High performance team to delivery end to end all demands from the customers and business - Proactive mindset to propose and seek opportunities of improvement internally and for the business - Agile and Dev Ops mindset - Great team work - Technical expert in SAP&BI Platform basis area connect other team for issue resolution Root Cause Analysis Follow the Sun support and Post Incident review; - Act as escalation point for offshore team lead offshore team for service management maintain good relationship with customer and stakeholders; - Lead and join global SAP&BI platform related project deployment such as system upgrade system migration and new SAP system design and implementation; - Lead and join SAP&BI platform efficiency relate projects such as system lifecycle management performance optimization Disaster recovery exercise. - Provide technical expertise for the technology solutions he/she has been assigned to; - Translate functional requirements into technical solution specifications; - Perform and execute technical design development and configuration activities within the technology area he/she is in charge in line with quality standards in place; - Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place allowing for the solution to be supported by the Operational team; - Lead and follow-up development and project activities as assigned by the manager for on- site and offshore contracted resources; - Take care of the operational aspects of database technologies assigned to him and also for further improving already existing database technologies; - Promote procedures standards and principles in place and seek for opportunities to improve them for the Technology area he is in charge; - As part of this role the associate will have to provide guidance to contractors or contracting resources assigned as part of a managed service; - Managing the platform lifecycle.
