Full job description

1. Project Planning

Prepare project schedules and timelines for all fire fighting system projects.
Develop weekly and monthly project execution plans.
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors for activity planning.
Ensure milestones are defined for each project stage such as:
Material procurement
Installation work
Testing
Commissioning
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.

2. Project Coordination

Act as the central coordination point between:
Project Engineers
Site Supervisors
Procurement Team
Design Team
Management
Conduct regular coordination meetings to review project status.
Ensure smooth communication between site and office teams.
Follow up on pending activities and approvals.

3. Material Planning & Coordination

Prepare material requirement plans based on project BOQ and drawings.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material ordering.
Track material dispatch and delivery to sites.
Ensure site teams receive the correct materials as per project schedule.
Monitor material shortages and arrange urgent requirements.

4. Manpower Planning

Plan and allocate site supervisors, engineers, and labor teams across multiple projects.
Coordinate with labour supervisor for manpower availability.
Monitor daily manpower deployment across sites.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower resources.

5. Project Monitoring & Progress Tracking

Collect daily and weekly progress reports from site teams.
Maintain project tracking sheets for all ongoing projects.
Identify delays and bottlenecks in project execution.
Inform management about project risks and delays.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation such as:
Project schedules
Material tracking sheets
Progress reports
Installation status reports
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.
Maintain MIS reports for all projects.

7. Coordination for Installation & Commissioning

Ensure readiness of:
Materials
Manpower
Drawings
Tools & equipment
Coordinate with site engineers for testing and commissioning schedules.
Ensure all activities are completed before client inspections.

8. Client & Internal Coordination

Coordinate with client representatives when required for planning activities.
Ensure timely completion of tasks as per client schedule.
Support project team in meeting client deadlines.

9. Delay Management & Problem Solving

Identify potential delays in material, manpower, or execution.
Propose solutions and corrective actions.
Coordinate with departments to resolve site issues quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
