Job Description

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals. - Review bid documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, operations) to gather and consolidate information required for bids. - Contribute to the development of bid strategies and assist in preparing pricing proposals in line with business objectives. - Track, monitor, and report on bid progress, outcomes, and lessons learned to support transparency and improvements. - Ensure adherence to all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout the bid process. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline bid management practices and enhance efficiency.
