Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
Meet potential customers and understand their energy requirements.
Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments for solar installations.
Prepare and explain technical proposals, quotations, and energy savings calculations.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams for system sizing and project feasibility.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database regularly.
Coordinate with project execution teams for smooth installation and customer handover.
Stay updated on solar products, market trends, and government policies/subsidies.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Prior experience in solar sales or technical sales preferred.
Knowledge of solar PV systems and related components.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical calculations.
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
