UI / UX Designer

Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Innovins, you will be responsible for designing user-centric web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to conceptualize and deliver wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that are both visually stunning and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Design intuitive, clean, and visually appealing UI layouts for web and mobile.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect execution.
Conduct user research and apply feedback to improve designs.
Maintain design consistency across projects and follow brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Deliver assets and style guides to the development team.

Qualifications & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user behavior.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Ability to explain design decisions and present ideas to clients/stakeholders.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (please include link).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
