Could you be the full-time Site Transportation Coordinator/Leader/Manager in Maneja – Vadodara we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and transportation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in managing and optimizing site operations and shipments, ensuring compliance with processes and regulations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, and Finance, to lead the planning and execution of transportation and logistics flows, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of managing relationships with transportation and logistics providers, as well as overseeing the preparation of shipping documents and monitoring import/export processes, but also contribute to designing and implementing performance dashboards and cost optimization strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
Planning and executing transportation and logistics flows, including Customs activities
Overseeing the site’s transportation plan and ensuring compliance with routing guides
Ensuring timely preparation and dispatch of materials
Monitoring shipment statuses and resolving transportation issues
Leading supplier performance reviews and business awards in collaboration with procurement
Driving consistency in process mapping, systems, and data

B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial) or a University degree in international transport
Experience or understanding of supply chain systems and logistics management
Knowledge of international transport, Incoterms, and modern transportation management principles
Familiarity with supply chain information systems and data analytics
A strong foundation in Excel and dashboard tools
Fluency in English and Hindi
Strong ethics, high integrity, and leadership skills
Agility, collaboration, and a continuous learning mindset
