Position Overview: HQ Assistant Controller

The HQ Assistant Controller plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations and reporting processes. This position is ideal for dynamic, detail-oriented professionals seeking to advance their career in a fast-paced, global hi-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial closing, consolidation, and reporting processes for the company.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the organization’s financial accounting needs.
Manage intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and review financial data for accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Work closely with external auditors and advisors on audit, accounting, and related matters.
Assist in implementing new financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Support accounting processes within the Oracle ERP system.

Contribute to ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the finance department

Requirements:

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a Big 4 accounting firm auditing global hi-tech companies, or equivalent experience working at global hi-tech companies.
High-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
