Job Role: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving the first mile of the sales cycle by identifying prospects, generating demand, setting appointments and converting potential clients into revenue opportunities for the company. You will act as the growth engine of our organization. This role focuses on building Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through structured research, outbound engagement, and strategic communication. The role requires resilience, analytical thinking, persistence, adaptability, ownership, and the ability to operate in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.

- Job position: Inside Sales Representative
- Qualification: +2, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters in any stream
- Experience: 1- 6 yrs, FRESHERS also preferred with Fluent English skills
- Job Location: Sec-74, Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali
- Salary Package: 30-80k + Lucrative Incentives
- Shift Timings: 6 pm – 3 am IST
- 5 Working days, Full-time Job, Onsite Work
Required Skills:
- 1–6 years of experience in US Inside sales/B2B Sales
- Proficiency in English speaking skills (verbal & written)
- Strong outbound calling experience
- Strong convincing, negotiation and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience on CRM tools
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong confidence with client-facing conversations
- Familiarity with market and latest technology trends
- Ability to meet sales targets in competitive environments
- Constantly innovate and come up with new ideas.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, polite, humble, and independent seller.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize time effectively to search data and build qualified contacts/leads as per the parameters defined by the organization. Perform effective and efficient research and build a continuous pipeline of highly qualified leads.
- Making multiple outbound calls to assigned clients. Develop opportunities by researching & analyzing the market and using influencing and relationship-building skills, by providing technical information & explanations to the prospects
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Ensuring a qualified appointment setting between the right party contact and the account/client personnel.
- Perform all necessary steps to ensure that the setup appointment gets completed by sending timely reminders to both parties by leaving voicemails, sending emails, and/or calling the relevant people at appropriate times.
- Constantly analyze and improve methods to ensure increased conversations and conversions.
- Actively participate in all organizational training and other initiatives.
- Ensure hygiene and quality of work through punctuality and personal leave management
- Comply with all organizational policies and maintain integrity and adherence to the organization’s Code of Conduct.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with sales trends, SaaS/ Inside sales tools, market insights, and competitor analysis
