Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition in Pune, Mumbai, and Thane, generating leads through on-ground and relationship-based channels, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction and renewals.
This is a field-intensive, relationship-driven role requiring empathy, discipline, and strong follow-through. The role involves regular interaction with families, senior citizens, doctors, society office bearers, and referral partners.
The ideal candidate is target-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a premium service environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Customer Acquisition & Deal Closures
Generate and close new B2C and B2B sales for company (families, residential societies, corporates, referral partners, etc.).
Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with families, society representatives, and corporate stakeholders.
Clearly explain Care services, pricing, and value proposition.
Maintain structured follow-ups and convert leads within defined timelines.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets assigned by the General Manager.
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records (lead status, deal value, next steps, meeting notes, etc.).
2. Lead Generation & On-Ground Activation
Proactively generate qualified leads through:
o Residential societies
o Senior citizen associations and forums
o NRI family networks
o Doctor and hospital referrals
o Clubs, community organisations, and local events
Support and execute on-ground awareness drives, kiosks, etc.
Conduct door-to-door sales/cold calling/similar where appropriate.
Build and maintain referral relationships within assigned territories.
Maintain a minimum self-generated lead quota every month.
Ensure a consistently healthy and growing personal sales pipeline.
Maintain regular engagement with assigned customers.
Initiate renewal conversations well in advance of expiry dates.
Ensure customers remain satisfied and proactively address concerns.
Support upselling into higher-value plans or specialised care offerings where appropriate.
Work towards reducing churn through proactive relationship building.
Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure:
o Smooth onboarding of new clients
o Proper documentation and information collection
o Timely fulfilment of care services
Escalate sensitive issues or service gaps to the General Manager.
Ensure thats premium positioning and service standards are maintained in all client interactions.
Maintain high CRM hygiene and accurate reporting.
Participate in weekly sales review meetings.
Track personal performance metrics and pipeline health.
Follow structured sales processes defined by the Company.

Required Experience
23 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Background in elder care, healthcare, insurance, medical services, or related sectors preferred.
Experience in field sales and relationship-based selling preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes is a plus.
