Job Description:
Be part of our dynamic Manufacturing team! We're looking for an enthusiastic Manufacturing Materials Planning & Control Team Leader to drive operational excellence and lead a talented team in optimizing our supply chain processes.
What will you do:

Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Inventory Analysts and Supply Order Replenishment specialists

Execute Distribution Requirement Planning processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service objectives
-
Manage purchase order portfolios and resolve stock discrepancies through detailed analysis
-
Coordinate material movement between receiving, warehouse, and production departments
-
Develop and implement raw materials requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules
What will make you successful:

Demonstrated leadership experience in materials planning and inventory management

Comprehensive knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to optimize supply chain processes

Track record of achieving service level objectives while maintaining optimal inventory levels

Excellence in team management and cross-functional collaboration
