Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant-Full Stack Developer We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design build and scale modern Fin Tech platforms. You will work across the stackfrom high performance Java backends to intuitive React frontendsbuilding secure resilient and scalable financial systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers architects and other engineers to deliver high impact features while maintaining high engineering standards. Responsibilities: - Backend - Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) (JDK 17 & above / Spring Boot 3.X). - Build RES Tful AP Is and integrate with internal and third party systems. - Ensure security performance fault tolerance and observability critical to Fin Tech platforms. - Work with relational and No SQL databases; - design efficient data models. - Proficiency on Message broker like Rabbit MQ or Apache Kafka. - Frontend - Develop rich responsive user interfaces using React and modern Java Script/Type Script. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and internal user experiences. - Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross browser compatibility. - Cloud & Dev Ops (Plus) - Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda EKS etc.). - Apply best practices for cloud security cost optimization and scalability. - Engineering Excellence - Write clean well-tested and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and technical decision making. - Mentor junior engineers and influence team best practices. - Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
