Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated MBA Interns to support the Business Development Division in market research, client coordination, strategic business initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional operations. The internship provides practical exposure to business development activities within the clinical research and healthcare industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Research
- Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and business expansion activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunity mapping.
- Support preparation of business proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for business requirements and operational support.
- Maintain and update client databases, trackers, and business records.
Communication & Cross-Functional Support
- Act as a liaison between clinical teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple departments for smooth workflow execution.
- Provide operational and administrative support to other divisions when required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain trackers, reports, dashboards, and operational logs for monitoring purposes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, MIS reports, and status updates for management.
- Support documentation management and business reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely updating of records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Healthcare Management, HR, Finance, or related specialization).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
