About the Role
You will own InvPrp's social media presence and community engagement. This is not a "post pretty pictures" role. You will drive measurable growth: downloads, website visits, and active community engagement.
You will create platform-specific strategies, execute daily engagement, handle customer support across channels, and document everything. You will report directly to the founder.
This role is for you if:
- You live on social media and understand what makes content perform on each platform
- You can write replies that turn angry users into fans
- You think in metrics, not just aesthetics
- You are organized enough to document daily activity without being asked
- You want a performance-heavy role where your bonus depends on real growth
This role is NOT for you if:
- You think social media is only about "brand awareness" with no accountability for downloads
- You need to be told what to post every day
- You cannot handle negative comments or app store reviews professionally
- You are uncomfortable sharing daily progress publicly in a Discord channel

⚡ Candidate Challenge — Required
---------------------------------------
This challenge tests your platform understanding, copywriting, and community instincts.
Task 1: Platform Strategy (30 minutes)
Pick 2 platforms from Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn. For each:
- Write 1 week's content calendar (5 posts for Instagram, 3 for YouTube, or 5 Reddit posts)
- Explain why this platform matters for InvPrp specifically
- Describe 1 engagement tactic unique to this platform (not generic "reply to comments")
Task 2: Copywriting & Community Management (20 minutes)
A. Write 3 Instagram captions for these scenarios:
- A reel showing the Resume Analyzer feature
- A carousel titled "5 mistakes killing your LinkedIn profile"
- A story poll asking users about their biggest interview fear
B. Reply to this negative Play Store review:
"App is good but coins system is confusing. I watched ads but didn't get coins. Fix this or I'm uninstalling."
Write a reply that:
- Acknowledges the frustration
- Explains briefly (without being defensive)
- Offers a solution or next step
- Sounds human, not corporate
Task 3: Documentation Habit (10 minutes)
Describe how you would track and report your daily work to a founder who wants visibility without micromanagement. What tools, what format, what frequency?
