Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated RMO & Naturopathy Doctor to oversee patient care, assist in treatment planning, and ensure smooth day-to-day medical operations at the wellness centre. The candidate should have sound knowledge in naturopathy, yoga, lifestyle management, and holistic healing practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and health evaluations.
- Prepare individualized naturopathy and wellness treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain medical records.
- Handle emergency medical situations and provide first aid when required.
- Assist in integrating naturopathy, yoga, diet, and lifestyle therapies.
- Coordinate with therapists and other healthcare staff for effective treatment execution.
- Supervise treatment procedures and ensure patient safety.
- Provide counseling on diet, lifestyle modification, stress management, and preventive healthcare.
Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain daily IP/OP patient records and reports.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards in treatment areas.
- Support front office and wellness team in patient coordination.
- Assist management in medical documentation and compliance.
- Participate in wellness programs, camps, and health awareness activities.
Patient Care & Communication
- Build positive relationships with patients and guests.
- Explain treatments and wellness programs clearly to patients.
- Address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and patient satisfaction.
Qualification Requirements
- BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) / Relevant Medical Qualification.
- Valid registration certificate preferred.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of naturopathy and holistic wellness therapies.
- Basic emergency handling skills.
- Team coordination and patient management abilities.
- Computer knowledge for maintaining patient records.
