About Nakshatra Kids: Nakshatra Kids is a leading kidswear brand in South India, known for delivering premium quality and stylish fashion for children, located in Kodakara, Thrissur. With a strong and growing presence in both offline and online retail, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for parents across the region. We are now looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help drive our digital presence forward.

The Role: We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to manage our paid advertising and organic search strategies. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring our ad campaigns and improving our search engine visibility. This role requires working closely with our internal marketing, media, and content teams to ensure our brand messaging is effective and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor performance-based campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
E-commerce SEO: Manage and optimise our website's SEO strategy specifically for e-commerce, ensuring high visibility for our product collections.
Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day digital tasks on our Shopify-powered website, including basic updates and tracking.
Collaboration: Coordinate with our marketing and content teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and other industry-related tools to track performance and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Ad Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
SEO Skills: Solid understanding of the latest SEO practices.
Technical Knowledge: Basic experience working with the Shopify platform is preferred.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Console.

This is a strictly in-house/on-site role based at our store in Kodakara. We prefer candidates residing within a 15 - 20 km radius to ensure easy daily commuting. If you live nearby and are looking for a hands-on role in a physical retail environment, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
