About the Role
Are you a data-driven growth marketer who thrives on scaling revenue and building high-converting funnels?
D Succeed Learners is searching for a visionary Digital Marketing Head to take ownership of our online growth strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the architect of our digital presence, driving both high-quality B2B/B2C lead generation for our IT training programs and direct revenue through exam voucher sales.
We need a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves—someone who deeply understands the IT certification ecosystem, excels at performance marketing, and knows how to optimize every stage of the customer journey to maximize ROI.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
1. Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define, architect, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s aggressive revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of digital marketers, content creators, and SEO specialists.
- Manage external agency partners (Ads, SEO, Design) to ensure strict adherence to SLAs and ROI metrics.
2. Performance Marketing & Acquisition
- Spearhead end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ruthlessly optimize campaigns to drive exam voucher sales and high-intent training enrollments while actively lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Manage substantial ad budgets, ensuring maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
3. Funnel Architecture & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Map and optimize the complete user journey (Ad Click → Landing Page → Lead/Checkout → Sale).
- Remove friction from the exam voucher checkout flow to boost direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to analyze lead quality, refine targeting, and improve the Lead-to-Sale closure rate.
4. SEO, Content, & Brand Authority
- Drive organic growth by overseeing high-intent SEO strategies targeting lucrative IT certification and exam voucher keywords.
- Position D Succeed Learners as an authoritative voice in the IT training space through compelling, urgency-driven social media and brand campaigns.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements & Skills)
- Proven Track Record: 6–10+ years of comprehensive digital marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on growth and performance marketing.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in EdTech, IT training, certification platforms, or high-volume voucher/ticket sales is strongly preferred.
- Performance Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads for direct sales and lead generation.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make swift, data-backed decisions to pivot strategies.
- Leadership Capabilities: Proven experience managing teams, stakeholders, and external vendors effectively.
Your Tech & Tool Stack
- Ads & Analytics: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager.
- SEO & Research: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console.
- Conversion & CRM: Experience with modern CRM platforms, Lead Management Systems, and CRO tools.
How We Measure Success (KPIs)
- Revenue Impact: Total revenue contribution directly attributed to digital channels (specifically exam voucher sales volume).
- Efficiency: Maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Cost Per Sale (CPS).
- Conversion: Improvement in Lead-to-Voucher-Purchase conversion rates.
- Pipeline Health: Consistent volume and quality of inbound leads for training programs.
- Overall Campaign ROI / ROAS.
