About the Role

This opening is for a Top-notch social media executive

Job Description

Experienced in Digital Marketing Agency as a Social Media Executive.
Ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs
Excellent knowledge of research requirements
Skilled in preparing social media strategies
Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their tools
Outstanding brand awareness experience
Manages the company’s and client’s social media accounts and posts content across social media platforms.
Works closely with the content writer and graphic designer, to brainstorm campaign ideas and keeps track of what’s trending.
Monitor and work comfortably on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
Analyzes social media analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Engages with customers or clients and service the client (if and when required).
Can run social media audit on pages and suggest plausible changes to improve page performance and better engagement.
Learns and becomes proficient on internal project management softwares like – Asana.
Assists in creating performance reports for client accounts.
Has experience of working on social media tools like – Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social etc.

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

Graduation (Preferably in Mass Communication or Journalism)
Digital marketing certification (preferred)

Digital Marketing Agency experience is a must
