Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Professional with strong expertise in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful services, and working with modern UI technologies.
The role requires ownership, technical problem-solving ability, and experience working in a fast-paced product engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build secure and high-performance REST APIs and Microservices.
- Implement business logic, workflows, and enterprise-grade integrations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Work on frontend technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, JSS, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams for seamless user experience implementation.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards.
Database & System Management
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Perform query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Ensure data security and integrity across applications.
Leadership Responsibilities (Lead Role)
- Mentor and guide junior developers and engineering teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for successful delivery.
- Drive Agile development practices and sprint planning.
