Full job description

a. Identify and appoint prospective channel partners in the region, generating business from the existing partner, thereby achieving business targets.

b. Achieve or exceed Sales targets and other key performance measurements.

c. Ensure each segment and project meets the sales targeted from channels.

d. Develop and drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office and team distributed at project sites.

e. Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.

f. Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same.

g. Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners.

h. Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.

i. Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience

j. Maximize sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge, demonstrating creativity and flair on the sales floor, motivating the dealers and creating a sales environment.

k. Create and Monitor Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Sales Target reports of the individual dealers and project-wise sales.
