Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar (Patia)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Admin Executive to handle overall showroom operations and day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, attendance management, leave handling, interview coordination, and smooth functioning of showroom administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall showroom administrative activities
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
Support recruitment and basic HR operations
Maintain office files, records, and staff data
Coordinate with management for daily operational requirements
Ensure discipline and smooth workflow in the showroom
Handle employee queries and internal coordination
Support payroll inputs and attendance reports

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR and administration
MS Office and computer knowledge
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and responsible attitude

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–3 years preferred in HR/Admin role

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
