Wadhwani AI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for CSR Fundraising to join our team in India. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships and driving sustainable fundraising growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and existing corporate partners in India.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to secure funding and support from CSR initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay abreast of CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in India, and leverage this knowledge to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (program, finance, and communications) to develop impactful CSR projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the management of CSR partnerships, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand CSR outreach.
- Mentor and guide junior fundraising team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, non-profit management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development in the non-profit sector in India.
- Proven track record of successfully securing significant funding from corporate sources.
- Strong understanding of CSR regulations and practices in India, including Section 135 of the Companies Act.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, tracking metrics, and reporting on fundraising performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other fundraising tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of other regional languages is an asset.
