Full job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer who has strong client-handling skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects and supervisors. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding and explaining drawings, creating design drawings, and managing projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and interact with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
Create detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, site supervisors, and contractors.
Explain drawings and design details clearly to execution teams.
Conduct site visits to ensure proper implementation of designs.
Handle client queries, revisions, and approvals professionally.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures as per design concept. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Strong client-handling and communication skills.
Ability to prepare and understand technical drawings.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar.
Good coordination skills with architects and site supervisors.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution process.
Strong problem-solving and project management abilities. Preferred Qualities:
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Team-oriented and proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
