THE ROLE
You are the face of PowerXchange in your zone. You own your territory. You find leads, build trust, run site
visits, and close deals. You are not a lead-follower — you are a hunter who builds a pipeline from scratch and
converts it.
This is a field role. You will be on the ground every day — knocking doors, running RWA camps on Sundays,
meeting customers in their homes, and closing deals on the spot.
WHAT YOU WILL DO — DAILY
→ Door-to-door outreach in your assigned zone (Dwarka / Rohini / South Delhi)
→ Attend and run RWA solar awareness camps every Sunday
→ Conduct 2–3 site visits per day — rooftop assessment + personalised savings pitch
→ Follow up on all inbound leads assigned by Inside Sales within 24 hours
→ Close deals on site — ask for token amount on every single visit
→ Register customers on PM Surya Ghar portal and Urja Mitr as part of the sales process
→ Build and maintain relationships with 10+ local electricians as referral partners
→ Update CRM every evening — leads contacted, visits done, deals closed, next action
WHAT WE EXPECT — NON-NEGOTIABLE
★ Minimum 2 RTS / Urja Mitr closures per month — this is the floor, not the ceiling
★ 10–12 site visits per week — if you're not in the field, you're not doing the job
★ 2-hour response time on every inbound lead assigned to you
★ CRM updated by 7pm every working day — no exceptions
★ Attend Sunday RWA camp every week — mandatory, not optional
★ Every site visit ends with a clear next step — no ghosting customers★ Product knowledge mastered within 7 days — PM Surya Ghar subsidy, net metering, Urja Mitr process,

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
✦ 1–3 years of field sales experience (solar preferred — FMCG / insurance / real estate also considered)
✦ Own bike / two-wheeler — mandatory. You will be in the field all day.
✦ Delhi NCR local — you know the colonies, the RWAs, and how to talk to a Delhi homeowner
✦ Comfortable in Hindi — most customers speak Hindi, your pitch must land in Hindi
✦ Hunger — you are not looking for a desk job. You want to earn and grow fast.
✦ Smartphone — for CRM updates, WhatsApp follow-ups, and portal registrations on site
COMPENSATION
Fixed Monthly Salary ₹27,000 / month
Performance Incentive ₹5,000 if you close more than 2 RTS / Urja Mitr in the month
Total at target ₹32,000/month

Simple rule: Close 3 or more RTS / Urja Mitr in any month — you take home ₹32,000+. Every
month.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS
Month 1 2–3 closures. Zone mapped, pitch tight, 5+ electrician partners onboarded and referring.
Month 2 5–6 closures. Running your own Sunday camp. Referrals coming in from Month 1 customers.
