Our customers include Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Petroleum, Oil Depots, Refineries, State Police Departments, Airports Authority, Indian Railways, High Courts, Power Plants, Warehousing Corporations, IT Parks, Manufacturing Plants, Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Retail, EPC Contractors and more.

We have executed projects from single location to over 475 locations for a single customer, in extreme parts of the country and across every State and Union Territory of India. We have executed projects in time bound manner with onsite and off-site dedicated teams covering multiple technologies, third party systems and creating robust IT Backbone for our customers. We have delivered our solutions in India, Bhutan, UAE, and Afghanistan.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator (Back Office) to support the Project Team for planning, execution, and in time delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible to support the Project Team for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Create and maintain schedules that ensure adequate staffing levels while minimizing overlaps or gaps.
Assign duties based on employee availability, skill sets, and project requirements.
Regularly update the roster and communicate changes to employees promptly.
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and contractors to address project needs and updates.
Quickly adapt rosters or contractor plans to account for unforeseen changes such as absences or delays.
Work with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align on project timelines.
Monitor attendance and productivity metrics to ensure adherence to the roster and project goals.
Work closely with Purchase, HR, Finance, and other departments to align projects.
Gather input from employees and contractors to refine processes for better efficiency and satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to Management / Project Manager about staffing, contractors, project progress, and any potential risks / bottle necks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience of Project Coordination in construction companies / logistics / ELV / electrical project execution companies are preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
Excellent organizational / administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
