We are not looking for a traditional academic lecturer who reads from slide decks. We need a seasoned, high-caliber Senior Business Analyst and Corporate Trainer based in India who has a proven track record of delivering technical excellence for UK-based client accounts.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end design, refinement, and live cohort delivery of our BCS-aligned, AI-augmented Business Analyst curriculum. You will be responsible for creating rigorous, real-world project simulations that challenge students and naturally filter the top 20% of talent for our elite employment referral pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Cohort Delivery: Facilitate high-energy, practical, live online training sessions for UK students, breaking down complex analytical concepts into actionable frameworks.
- Instructional Design & Simulation Engineering: Continuously update and maintain our 12-week curriculum to ensure it meets 2026 industry standards. You will design data diagnostics, process architectures, and live roleplay scenarios.
- Talent Filtration & Assessment: Build and execute practical testing gates—such as "Hostile Stakeholder" roleplays and "Chaos Monkey" scope-change sprints—to objectively evaluate and filter student talent.
- BCS Exam Mentorship: Guide students through prep material aligned with the British Computer Society (BCS) International Diploma standards to ensure high pass rates.
- Portfolio Evaluation: Review and audit student-produced artifacts (Jira boards, Power BI dashboards, and Business Requirements Documents) to ensure they meet "City of London" institutional hiring standards.
Experience and Background
- MNC or Tier-1 Consultancy Pedigree: 5–8 years of hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within an enterprise environment (e.g., Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, or a global capability center).
- Direct UK Market Literacy: A minimum of 3 years working directly with UK-based client accounts or corporate stakeholders. You must possess an exceptional understanding of UK business vernacular, corporate culture, and compliance baselines like GDPR 2.0.
- Training / Onboarding Track Record: 2+ years of dedicated experience onboarding junior BAs, managing internal L&D programs, or running tech bootcamps.
- BCS Framework Familiarity: Deep structural understanding of the British Computer Society (BCS) Business Analysis syllabus. While a formal diploma is highly preferred, the ability to train students to pass BCS Foundation and Practitioner exams is mandatory.
