Qualifications & Requirements:

Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the industry.
Should be a graduate of BBA/BCOM
Should be fluent in Bengali
Should be able to ride a bike for visits
Willing to travel across West Bengal for field work

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

For field work,

To visit and manage branch and its managers.

Meet clients for long-term relationship and follow up with them.

Understanding the cost and rate.

For office work,

Should know and perform cold-calls.

Create Booking Details of packages for the month. (Performance Analysis)

Analysis of Booking---Branch wise and Year wise. (Point out areas of improvement)

Quick response to any query by the staff or client.

Communicate and Coordinate within the company.

Lastly and most importantly, to generate and grow business.

Therefore, we’re looking for a Full-time Marketing Specialist with a bit of experience in the Logistics field, who is street smart, can handle both field and office work.

This is a hybrid role involving both phone-based communication and field visits.

· 60% client communication via phone

· 40% on-ground client visits

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with customers
Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends and gather valuable insights
Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing Strategy to contribute to promotional activities and business growth
Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences and build relationships
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks
Apart from understanding of cost and rate, knowledge of dimensions of the carton and volume at which the consignment order will be placed, should be there.
Which type of medicine, or any other commodity for growth of business.
Understanding of market within west Bengal and competitors
